IT Support Apprentice

Key ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Support Engineer, you will be involved in a broad range of tasks, including:

• Administrating of Microsoft 365 and other cloud services
• Providing onsite and remote user support
• Logging and administering support requests
• Running management reports
• Setting up systems and desks for users

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:

• 6 - 12 Months on site experience ideal but not essential
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Support
• A team player attitude
• A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn
