Description
We are seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our EMEA Hub in Rotterdam on a temporary 6-month contract. This hybrid role (3 days on-site) combines hands-on asset management at our Rotterdam warehouse with remote IT support duties across the EMEA region.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in IT support who enjoys variety-ranging from managing laptops and mobile devices to resolving technical issues through ticketing systems.
On-Site (Rotterdam Hub - 3 days/week)
Manage the full asset lifecycle for IT hardware (Windows & iOS devices): intake, cleaning, wiping, storage, and deployment
Oversee distribution of mobile phone devices, including international shipping coordination
Handle local inventory control and procurement coordination
BONUS: Experience with asset management tooling (e.g., Lansweeper, Jamf, Intune) is a plus
Resolve support requests via ticketing systems for users across the EMEA region
Provide frontline IT support for general issues and troubleshooting
Support user onboarding and account setups (Google Workspace, Okta, Workday, Jira, etc.)
Address routine and complex tickets, ranging from run-book procedures to investigative troubleshooting
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT support within a business or enterprise setting
Familiarity with managing hardware assets (laptops, mobile devices - Windows & iOS)
Experience with ticketing and asset management systems
Good troubleshooting skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preferred Skills
- Educational background in IT
Experience administering: Okta, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace
Familiarity with IT automation, integrations, or scripting (a plus)
Experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies
