The project!

As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be providing tecnhnical support (onsite and online) to our office and retail staff, ensuring the proper resolution of all incidents and providing exceptional internal customer service.

What will the role entail?

  • Provide excellent customer service when responding to invoices and inquires, onsite and online.
  • Management of IT Service tickets, online and onsite support for the AWWG user base
  • Supervise and follow up all support cases to ensure an optimal resolution of the issue.
  • Escalate internal clients' critical situations to the appropriate level of management

Requirements

Requirements

  • At least2 years of experience in a similar position
  • IT related higher education (VAT, Degree or similar)
  • Fluent English is required, additional languages will be valued.
  • IT Skills: Solid knowledge and troubleshooting abilities for hardware and software (Windows environment). Strong understanding of technical Internet fundamentals. Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (a plus). Experience or strong interest in enterprise endpoint security.
  • Essential soft skills: customer service abilities, able to support multiple clients/tasks at once, troubleshooting abilities
  • Able to work both independently and as a team member
