Sanderson is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk & Workplace Team Lead to join our IT team. If you're technically strong, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be ideal for you.

The Opportunity

• Lead the day-to-day running of the IT Service Desk

• Deliver high-quality end-user support across the business

• Manage and develop service desk staff

• Support IT projects and contribute to process improvements

• Ensure systems and services meet security and compliance standards

• Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand and deliver requirements

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing incident resolution and service requests

• Overseeing device builds, troubleshooting, repairs, and life cycle management

• Maintaining IT systems, documentation, and audit requirements

• Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders

• Ensuring adherence to Information Security standards

• Supporting wider business needs based on team priorities

Who You Are

• 2+ years' experience leading an IT team

• 5+ years' hands-on technical experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Intune, and device builds

• ITIL qualified; Azure/Workplace certifications desirable

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

Salary & Working Pattern

• Competitive salary

• Hybrid working: 60% Bristol office, 40% from home

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
