IT Service Desk Analyst - 9-Month Contract

Nationwide is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst on a 9-month contract based in Swindon. You'll be the first point of contact for Retail and Admin colleagues, handling IT and related queries via telephone, Live Chat, and the IT Hub.

You'll log incidents, provide 1st line support, and ensure timely responses while maintaining high user satisfaction. Daily duties include picking up overnight tickets, troubleshooting, and escalating trends to prevent recurring issues.
