Daily Rate: £379 - £622 depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Design & Introduction Manager to help transform how technology services are designed, introduced and embedded across the organisation.

• Lead end-to-end service design and operating models. Own Service Design Packages and operational readiness activities. Define support structures, ownership models, SLAs and governance controls. Partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, security and supplier teams. Ensure smooth transition of services into BAU operations. Drive operational resilience, regulatory alignment and continual improvement.

• Strong experience in Service Design, Service Transition or Service Introduction. Proven ability to build service operating models from scratch. Excellent understanding of ITIL principles. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience across infrastructure, applications, cloud and security environments. ITIL v4, SIAM and ServiceNow experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of ECB and DORA
