Salary: Up to £120k base + Uncapped commission

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building the UK market from scratch - identifying, targeting, and winning new clients.
  • Developing a high-value pipeline focused on ServiceNow consulting and time-and-materials engagements.
  • Owning the full sales cycle - from outreach through to negotiation and close.
  • Driving new logo acquisition alongside expanding existing relationships.
  • Establishing trusted partnerships with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Positioning complex ServiceNow consulting solutions with credibility and impact.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales within ServiceNow, SaaS, or IT consulting.
  • Strong experience selling professional services on a time-and-materials basis.
  • A consistent track record of personally generating £8m+ annually in time-and-materials revenue (essential).
  • Evidence of closing high-value consulting deals and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and procurement processes.
  • A self-starter mindset - thrives with ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Gravitas and credibility to influence senior decision-makers.

This role requires someone who has already delivered at scale.

- You must have a proven track record of generating £8m+ in annual revenue specifically from time-and-materials engagements.

- This is critical - we're looking for someone who knows how to sell, structure, and close complex T&M consulting deals at volume.
