IT Recruitment Consultant

Based in the heart of Killarney, County Kerry and Working exclusively from our head office in Killarney, you will play a key role in building long term partnerships with both clients and IT professionals. We are expanding our specialist IT division and are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and relationship focused IT Recruitment Consultant to join our in house team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across a broad client base.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships within the IT and technology sector
• Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to division growth
• Conduct client meetings (virtual and in person) to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Write compelling job advertisements tailored to attract high quality IT talent
• Source candidates using databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical competence and cultural fit
• Coordinate and manage interview processes between clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers of employment between clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage candidate pipelines effectively
• Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of the technology sector or a keen interest in IT is essential
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
