We are looking to support our team with a
IT Project Manager (m/f/d) in a hospital environmentfull-time.
Your tasks will include- Planning, management and implementation of IT projects in the clinical and administrative environment
- Interface function between IT department, clinical areas, administration and external service providers
- Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and management of external partners and manufacturers
- Analysis, evaluation and implementation of technical requirements from the clinical and administrative areas
- Ensuring compliance with project targets (time, quality, budget) including risk management and reporting
- Supporting change management processes and user communication as part of project launches
- Creation of project plans, presentations, decision templates and documentation
- A degree in (business) informatics, medical informatics, health management with IT reference or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Knowledge of current legal requirements and digitization initiatives in the healthcare sector
- Experience in managing IT projects in the healthcare sector, especially in hospitals or clinics
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (e.g. HIS, PDMS, RIS, PACS) and standard interfaces such as HL7, DICOM and IHE
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as structured and solution-oriented work
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and diplomatic skills in dealing with various interest groups
- High degree of initiative, organizational talent and sense of responsibility
