An exciting long-term opportunity to work for a major European Institution in Luxembourg - you will be tasked with Project Management duties, in line with cybersecurity integration efforts for this multi-national organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource coordination across multiple teams.
• Drive the execution of project activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and cost objectives.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, provide clear communication, and manage expectations across diverse audiences.

Cybersecurity Integration

• Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists to assess risks and define security requirements.
• Support the implementation of basic cybersecurity controls

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management within IT or digital transformation environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working in or with DIGIT or similar organizational structures is an asset.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (eg, PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices or certifications. C2 - Restricted use
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards (eg, ISO 27001, NIST), and risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.

Requirements:

• EU citizenship.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
