Job title: IT Project Manager
Location: Broad Oak, Naval Base. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Up to £ 63,000 (depending on skills and experience)
What you'll be doing:
- Provide expert SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) advice, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures across Maritime Services
- Conduct SHE audits and inspections in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, maintaining compliance and meeting schedules
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and non-conformances, delivering detailed reports with root cause analysis
- Mentor and coach staff on SHE practices, stepping in for other leads as needed
- Support SHE initiatives, including public events and promotional activities
- Monitor SHE performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Manage a team of two SHE Advisors, overseeing workload, performance, and development
Your skills and experiences:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification (or working towards)
- Experience working in complex IT environments
- Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Project Management
- Experience in coaching and mentoring
- Practical internal auditor skills
- Hold accident/incident investigation skills
- Considerable amount of experience in a SHE related role with a good working knowledge of all SHE disciplines
- IOSH Graduate membership or equivalent membership
- IEMA Environmental Certificate or equivalent

Business Solutions IT Delivery Team:
As an IT Project Manager, you will be accountable for the budget, performance, and successful delivery of projects within a specific programme. You will provide guidance to Engineering and Manufacturing stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme objectives.
