Job Description

In this Senior IT Project/Product Delivery Manager role, reporting to the Head of Product, you will be part of the Tech Delivery team within our newly restructured, product-led environment. Your primary responsibility is to lead the Tech Product Families to develop, enhance, and optimize products. You will facilitate the execution of programmes and projects in collaboration with Senior Business Owners, Product Owners, partners/suppliers, and other stakeholders. All activities must adhere to scope, quality standards, and be completed within time and budget.

The Role:
  1. You'll lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch, ensuring projects meet timeframes, budgets, and scope.
  2. You'll manage the product lifecycle for ongoing monitoring, development, and management.
  3. You will own and manage technical deliverables on the product roadmap, ensuring they reflect targeted values and are aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  4. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  5. Work with senior stakeholders and third parties to deliver innovative technological solutions.
Does this sound like you?
  • Experience delivering in a Retail environment or similar customer-focused organization.
  • Proven expertise in Supply Chain management, Fulfilment logistics, Distribution networks, and implementing new product propositions.
  • Thorough understanding of the Retail landscape, including core systems and operational processes.
  • Good judgment, sense of urgency, commitment to high standards, ethics, compliance, customer service, and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, self-motivation, and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
