Location: Aldgate, London (hybrid) - 3 Days p/w in office.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the IT Procurement & Supplier Manager, you'll support and help shape IT Sourcing and Category strategies across:

• Mainly Software, Cloud & SaaS
• with IT Professional Services

You'll work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost efficiency, commercial value, and risk management, while developing your reputation as a trusted commercial advisor. Think complex deals, visible outcomes, and real responsibility - not a back office role.

The Role

To support the delivery of IT Sourcing and Category strategies primarily across IT Professional Services and Software, Cloud and SaaS by driving cost efficiency, commercial value and risk management. The role partners with key stakeholders to lead and support sourcing initiatives, manage strategic suppliers, deliver complex deals and negotiations, and provide trusted commercial advice, contributing to the ongoing development and effectiveness of the IT Sourcing function. You'll regularly engage with senior internal stakeholders and supplier leadership - great exposure and a fast learning curve.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be hands on from day one, including:

• Supporting IT category and sub category strategy development
• Leading and supporting RFPs, renewals, and negotiations (including complex deals)
• Managing relationships and performance for key strategic suppliers
• Influencing sourcing decisions across the business
• Producing clear, impactful deal summaries and recommendations
• Analysing IT spend, cost drivers and savings opportunities
• Helping evolve and strengthen the IT Sourcing function

About You

This role suits someone who's already built solid foundations and is ready for the next step.

• Experience sourcing IT Software/SaaS and/or IT Professional Services in a corporate or blue chip environment
• Strong commercial instincts, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
• Confidence working with contracts, terms and commercial levers
• The ability to influence stakeholders and drive sourcing strategies
• A proactive, self starting mindset, comfortable working with autonomy in a global, collaborative team

You're analytical, articulate and comfortable juggling multiple projects while keeping quality high.
