IT Operator

We are looking for an IT Operator with strong hands-on experience in Temenos Triple A Plus and batch job scheduling to join our client in Luxembourg. This is a contract role with initial duration 12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the reliable and efficient execution of critical business processes and system interfaces across production environments
• Support night batch, ensuring all batches complete successfully
• Maintaining production, UAT and test environments
• Deployment of artefacts in Production and test environments
• Continuously monitor scheduled jobs, system queues, and integrations
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation of routine tasks and manual processes
• Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per procedures & allocated timelines
• Provides first-line investigation and diagnosis
• Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Temenos Triple A Plus (AAA+) and iHub reporting
• Good understanding of system interfaces and batch job scheduling
• Knowledge of Sybase database, including querying and performance troubleshooting
• Experience in Linux operating systems, Shell Scripting, and job automation using Automic UC4
