- Salary: £24,826 - £30,673.50 per year (experience dependent)
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Working Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, office hours)

This isn't just a support role-it's a chance to help transform healthcare IT. You'll be the go-to person for technical support across Horder Healthcare, working with a hybrid tech stack and contributing to innovative digital solutions. The position blends hands-on troubleshooting with strategic project involvement.
Key Responsibilities- Act as first-line IT support across clinical and admin teams
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows, iOS, Office 365, printers, phones
- Contribute to IT projects (small and medium scale)
- Maintain asset/licensing records and participate in shift/on-call rotas
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver solutions
- Share technical knowledge with staff and end-users
- Seek out digital innovations to improve service delivery
- Background in Helpdesk or Service Desk support (preferably ITIL-based)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory
- Experience with service desk tools (e.g., Jira, Spiceworks)
- Confident using remote support tools and maintaining endpoint hardware
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with healthcare systems like iPM
- Familiarity with VoIP, mobile device management, Veeam backups
- Knowledge of security tools and platforms like Lansweeper
