IT Learning & Development Specialist

• Deliver Technology Learning & Adoption services aligned with global standards and regional business needs
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and digital training to support technology adoption and user effectiveness
• Develop and maintain learning materials, courseware, quick reference guides, job aids, video content, digital learning content, and user-facing documentation
• Provide one-on-one training and targeted support to reinforce learning and improve user proficiency
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for lawyers and business professionals
• Support users in adopting and integrating technology into daily workflows
• Identify common user challenges and recommend solutions
• Reinforce best practices and promote efficient, consistent use of firm systems
• Collaborate with Technology teams and the business to identify learning needs
• Participate in regional technology projects by developing training materials and delivering rollout training
• Facilitate training registrations and completion administration in the LMS
• Respond to training-related requests through established support channels
• Monitor training participation and feedback
• Update learning materials to reflect changes in firm technologies
• Share knowledge and contribute to regional and global learning initiatives
• Provide responsive customer service and act as a trusted resource for training and learning needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Learning & Development or instructional design certifications preferred
• Experience delivering and developing technology training in a professional services or corporate environment
• Experience supporting user adoption of enterprise technologies
• Experience working as an individual contributor within a regional or global team structure
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Familiarity with legal or professional services applications, such as document management systems like iManage
• Experience delivering training using virtual platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience creating digital learning content, such as videos, guides, or eLearning modules
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage users at all organizational levels
• Ability to understand user needs and recommend practical learning solutions
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to user support
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
