About the role
The ITEnvironmentManagementEngineeris responsible for assisting with the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ITenvironments to support business-critical applications and services. This role ensures the stability, scalability, and security of Kerv corporate systems andenvironments by evaluating and implementing remediation actions and improvements highlighted in ISO and Client audit reports.
Your Part to Play
Compliance: Ensure ITenvironments comply withmanagementand security standards, particularly ISO 14001, 22301, 27001, 27701 and SOC2 type 2 by implementing and maintainingenvironmentalmanagementsystems.
Audit Remediation: Address and remediate findings from client audits related to devicemanagementandenvironmentsecurity.
ApplicationManagement: Oversee the deployment, configuration, andmanagementof applications within ITenvironments. Ensure applications are integrated seamlessly and function optimally. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues.
UserManagement: Manage user access and permissions within ITenvironments, ensuring appropriate levels of access for different roles and maintaining security protocols.
LicenseManagement: Track and manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and optimizing license usage to reduce costs
Design and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust ITenvironments that meet business requirements.
Maintenance and Monitoring: Ensure the ongoing maintenance and monitoring of ITenvironments to guarantee optimal performance and availability.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ITenvironments.
SecurityManagement: Implement and maintain security measures to protect ITenvironments from threats and vulnerabilities.
Scalability Planning: Plan and execute strategies to ensure ITenvironments can scale to meet growing business demands.
IncidentManagement: Respond to and resolve incidents related to ITenvironments, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ITenvironmentconfigurations, processes, and procedures.
All About You
Proven experience in ITenvironmentmanagement, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Nice to Have: ServiceNow, Atlassian, Adobe, Continia, Lucid, Monday, BitWarden
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platform and hosted applicationmanagement.
Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
Understanding of ITIL, changemanagement, and service delivery best practices.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
