IT Contracts Counsel - Commercial & Risk

King's College London is seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to support the Contract Management team in Newquay, Cornwall. You will draft, review and negotiate IT supplier agreements, SLAs, and cloud contracts to support procurement and digital governance.

You will focus on risk assessment and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on GDPR, ISO 27001, public sector procurement frameworks, and collaboration with the Office of the CIO to safeguard university data and systems.
