Company Overview

Our client is a market leading organization operating with a regional structure across the UK, Ireland, and the US (East Coast). As part of a broader transformation to establish a Group Shared Services model, the company is looking for a proactive IT Business Analyst.

What will your role look like?

As the Group IT Business Analyst, you will act as a key interface between functional users, project managers, and third party vendors. You'll play a vital role in gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, and supporting the successful delivery of IT projects across the group.

This is a hybrid role for someone who can bring structure to complex problems, and effectively communicate between technical and non technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse project requirements using RTMs (Requirements Traceability Matrices)
  • Document processes and communicate outcomes clearly and concisely
  • Support the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, including writing requirements, evaluating responses, and making data driven recommendations
  • Provide functional analysis and collaborate on solution design, implementation strategies, and trade offs
  • Contribute to technical estimates using standard tools, work breakdown structures (WBS), and statements of work (SoW)
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure final deliverables meet user expectations
About You

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring value to cross functional IT projects. Ideally, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis or a related role
  • Strong understanding of cost estimation and operating models
  • Broad IT knowledge - including platforms, technologies, and ideally networking & cybersecurity
  • A natural analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non technical audiences
  • Experience working with third party vendors and internal stakeholders across various regions
Why Join Us?

This is a rare opportunity to work at group level across multiple international business units, with visibility into strategic IT initiatives. You'll collaborate with diverse teams and have a tangible impact on digital transformation.
