Due to promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Tech Delivery team. This role offers development opportunities, recognition, and support. Your work will have a real impact by helping build and improve things. You will report to our Senior Business Analyst and be part of the Tech Delivery team within our restructured, product-led environment.

The Role:
  • Develop a deep understanding of relevant business areas to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and delivery teams to shape and prioritize requirements, suggesting alternatives and making recommendations.
  • Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks; build strong relationships with business partners to discuss tradeoffs and shape requirements accordingly.
  • Translate user requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications.
  • Manage requirements scoping throughout delivery and support teams during development, testing, and deployment.
  • Review outputs to ensure correct interpretation of requirements; define and execute test cases.
  • Document current processes to identify inefficiencies and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in large, complex business-facing projects, especially in Cloud and SaaS solutions, with a background in Retail, Customer Relationships, or Supply Chain systems preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and influence at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical information clearly.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive, driven attitude focused on long-term outcomes.
