IT Architect - Entra IGA & Entra ID

On behalf of one of our key partners RED has now a new opportunity for an IT Architect Entra IGA & Entra ID to join a new project.

Project Context:

Large-scale, multi-country Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation for a global corporation with over 80,000 users. The project aims to redefine IAM policies, streamline identity governance, and implement modern identity solutions using Microsoft Entra IGA and Entra ID. The scope is defined, and the initiative is entering the technical phase, requiring a seasoned IT Architect to lead design and integration efforts.

Role Overview:

The IT Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of IAM architecture across multiple regions. This includes defining technical standards, ensuring compliance with corporate security policies, and integrating Entra IGA and Entra ID into the existing ecosystem. The architect will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver a robust, scalable, and future-proof IAM solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical architecture design for IAM solutions based on Microsoft Entra IGA and Entra ID.
• Define integration patterns with HR systems, applications, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries to align architecture with business needs.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and migration phases.
• Develop documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, and best practices.
• Support risk assessments and advise on security controls related to identity governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Architect on large-scale IAM projects in corporate environments.
• Proven commercial expertise in Microsoft Entra IGA and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Experience with multi-country deployments and complex organizational structures.
• Solid knowledge of cloud identity models, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Familiarity with integration protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Languages: Fluent English and Polish (mandatory).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Security stack (Defender, Purview).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Familiarity with automation and Scripting for IAM processes.
