Island Farm & Estates Lead

Tanera is seeking an experienced farming leader to head the Farm and Estates team across island and mainland properties. The role focuses on expanding livestock, restoration and land management in a remote Highland environment.

You will lead a 5-strong team, manage weekend on-island work, and work with flexible shifts and accommodation options. A discretionary bonus, staff housing, meals, pension and private medical insurance are offered.
