Context
The ISEG PIM Lead refers to a leadership position responsible for maximizing patient impact through integrated strategic evidence generation.
The EG Impact Maximization Lead will play a pivotal role in aligning global and local evidence generation (EG) strategies to maximize impact at the country level. This role acts as a strategic interface between Global Brand Teams and Country/Regional teams, ensuring that EG plans are insight-driven, high-impact, and optimized for productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
• Strategic Interface: Bridge global and local EG planning, ensuring alignment and mutual influence.
• Needs Assessment: Collect and synthesize cross-stakeholder EG needs using a consistent, impact-focused framework.
• Plan Development: Support countries in translating global EG strategies into high-impact local plans.
• Governance: Conduct first-tier assessments of country study proposals for streamlined endorsement.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain a portfolio view of EG investments to guide prioritization and strategic ambition.
• Work with cross-functional EG teams at Country, Regional, and Global levels.
• Engage with Subject Matter Experts to support EG strategy and planning.
Requirements
• A least 8 years of experience in the position
• Fluent english
• Strong translator-someone who can effectively bridge global strategy with local execution. A candidate with a mix of global and local experience
• Engaging with cross-stakeholder teams from Country to Global.
• Experience in translating evidence needs into impactful EG strategies.
• Experience in influencing stakeholders and driving capability building.
• Strategic EG planning and study concept design.
• Deep knowledge of EG methods, RWE (Real-World Evidence) approaches, and RWD (Real-World Data) channels.
• Knowledge country-specific EG archetypes and emerging trends.
• Synthesize complex information and communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
• Make independent strategic decisions based on multifaceted considerations.
