Job Type & SalaryPermanent part time contract. Salary €15,600 per year, 20 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern. Work from home.
Responsibilities- Act as the voice of the company, handling various customer enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Provide excellent customer service, delivering solutions that meet individual customer needs.
- Identify vulnerable customers, adapt approach and provide additional support when required.
- Handle escalated queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately.
- Deal with a wide range of queries across telephony, email, web chat and other channels.
- Fluent Irish (Gaeilge) speaker.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with social media platforms.
- Proficient with using multiple computer applications and software simultaneously.
- Attentive listener capable of empathising and adjusting to different customer needs.
- Self motivated, takes responsibility for customer issues and follows them to resolution.
- Friendly, patient and helpful attitude.
