Permanent part time contract. Salary €15,600 per year, 20 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern. Work from home.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the company, handling various customer enquiries with professionalism and care.
• Provide excellent customer service, delivering solutions that meet individual customer needs.
• Identify vulnerable customers, adapt approach and provide additional support when required.
• Handle escalated queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately.
• Deal with a wide range of queries across telephony, email, web chat and other channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent Irish (Gaeilge) speaker.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with social media platforms.
• Proficient with using multiple computer applications and software simultaneously.
• Attentive listener capable of empathising and adjusting to different customer needs.
• Self motivated, takes responsibility for customer issues and follows them to resolution.
• Friendly, patient and helpful attitude.
