Ireland HR Lead - Union Expert & People Experience

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Lead HR for Ireland to join our collaborative UK & Ireland HR team. The role involves managing HR for approximately 300 employees and shaping people strategy and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of HR experience in an international environment, strong hands-on union experience, and a deep understanding of Irish employment law. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office, with a competitive salary of up to €90,000 plus a 15% bonus.
