IQVIA Project Manager - HCP Implementation

Role: IQVIA Project Manager

Duration: 6 months + possible extension

Contract: B2B/freelance

Location: 100% remote from Europe

JD:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a global implementation of IQVIA HCP across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with specific experience in Veeva/Salesforce/IQVIA HCP platforms. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of delivering global rollouts on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for the global rollout of IQVIA HCP across multiple regions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Commercial, Compliance, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change control processes.
• Ensure alignment with global and local regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with Veeva and Salesforce platforms.
• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in global project delivery.
• Strong experience with IQVIA HCP, Veeva CRM, and Salesforce platforms.
• Proven success in managing global rollouts across multiple countries and regions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and regulatory considerations in the healthcare/pharma industry.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
