IPS Workforce Growth Lead - Remote & Travel

IPS Grow is seeking a Workforce Lead to drive recruitment, retention and development of the IPS workforce across the North of England. This remote role with regular travel collaborates with IPS services, NHS partners and regional stakeholders to attract talent and strengthen planning.

The ideal candidate has strong recruitment experience in healthcare or employment support, plus proven ability to manage campaigns, shortlisting, interviews and data-driven decisions. Travel is required.
