IPS Employment Specialist: Help People Find Work

Groundwork in Newcastle is seeking an Employment Specialist to deliver Connect to Work using the IPS model. You will provide person-centred information, advice and guidance to a caseload of around 25 clients, helping them move into and sustain meaningful employment.

You will build strong employer relationships and collaborate with health providers, Jobcentre Plus and community organisations to ensure joined-up support and access to opportunities.
