IPS Employment Specialist: Change Lives Through Recruitment

Red 5 People is hiring Employment Advisors across Brent, Ealing and Hillingdon. You'll be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist, helping people with health conditions or disabilities into work.

The role is community-based, working across Job Centres, Council Offices and NHS Trusts rather than being office-based. You'll manage a caseload of about 25 participants, build relationships with employers, and travel between sites (travel paid).
