IPS Employment Specialist - Recovery & Work Access

Cambridge and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist to help individuals in drug and alcohol treatment move into meaningful, paid work using the IPS model. The role is based in Cambridge within the IPS team.

You will assess needs, build relationships with employers, and support service users to progress through their recovery journey by securing suitable job opportunities and maintaining progress records.
