Rethink Mental Illness is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support clients in Coventry and Warwickshire. You will manage a caseload, deliver IPS, and help people secure sustainable paid employment aligned with their preferences.

Working within a community mental health team, you will build relationships with employers, provide guidance on job search, CVs, interviews, and career development, and monitor progress to sustain employment outcomes.
