IPS Employment Specialist - Employer Liaison

Waythrough is seeking an enthusiastic Employment Specialist to join our IPS team in County Durham. You will build relationships with local employers, match people to vacancies, and support them to secure and sustain employment.

With a 37-hour week, you'll work closely with Employment Coaches, understand the local labour market, and provide ongoing in-work support while keeping accurate records and reporting to funders.
