IP Renewals Administrator - London (Full Training Provided)

We are currently working with a thriving IP firm in London, who are seeking a motivated IP Renewals Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous IP renewals experience and great communication skills, along with strong deadline management skills - those from a legal administration background will also be considered as full training will be provided.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Docketing renewals information correctly within the firm's case management system.
• Ensuring renewal deadlines are met.
• Ensuring invoices are accurate.
• Acknowledging client instructions, acting upon these accordingly.
• Corresponding with clients and attorneys regarding renewals requirements / queries.
