Job Description- Prepare and issue accurate invoices in line with client contracts and timescales
- Maintain and update invoicing records in the company's accounting system
- Liaise with operations and finance teams to verify billing data (e.g. hours worked, services provided)
- Respond promptly to client billing queries and provide supporting documentation
- Support credit control by monitoring outstanding payments
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
A successful Invoicing Administrator should have:
- Experience in accounting and finance, particularly in invoice processing.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and finance systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

- Competitive salary of GBP 27,000 - GBP 33,000 for the duration of the contract.
