Who are we?
We are a collective real estate investment fund managed by a professional team that combines financial, tax and operational experience with direct execution on the ground. Our strategy focuses on the acquisition, transformation and rental of residential assets in established urban areas, with a distinctive focus on efficiency, branding and full cycle control.
In the midst of an expansion phase, we are looking to recruit a commercial and institutional leader to act as
the person directly responsible for raising capital and investor relations.
Your mission
You will take ownership of our investor relations and capital raising functions. This includes sourcing and
onboarding new investors, managing existing relationships, ensuring capital availability aligned with the investment pipeline, and representing the fund in key strategic discussions with financial institutions,
partners, and stakeholders. You will also play a key role in the long-term evolution of our fundraising strategy, including supporting the structuring of future vehicles or parallel PropCos.
Key responsibilities
Investor Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, attract and convert qualified investors.
- Lead investor onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Present the fund and its metrics in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain long-term relationships with the investor base.
- Represent the fund to banks, advisors, institutional brokers and co-investors.
- Support negotiations with strategic third parties.
Fundraising & Capital Strategy
- Develop and implement capital raising strategies.
- Cover investor exits with replacement capital.
- Expand the network of access to capital through wealth managers, private banks, institutional
platforms, etc.
- Monitor market trends and investor interests.
- Support the design of new funds or parallel strategies if the current vehicle is consolidated.
Deal Support & Pipeline Development
- Coordinate the flow between the needs of the transaction pipeline and the availability of capital.
- Assess the fit between investors and specific transactions.
- Provide the investment team with real market and end investor feedback.
Required profile
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in similar positions in real estate funds, asset management, private banking,
securities companies or co-investment structures.
- Proven experience in raising capital and managing relationships with qualified investors.
- Knowledge of investment vehicle structures (holdings, SPVs, PropCos).
- Experience in international environments or dealing with foreign investors will be an advantage.
Skills
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory; same for spanish, additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Results-oriented, autonomous and analytical.
- Negotiation and commercial leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the Spanish real estate, tax and financial environment.
- Own client portfolio an advantage.
- Be willing to travel
