Salary/Rate: £600-800 per day inside IR35

Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager with strong Investment Compliance expertise and hands on experience in Charles River Development (CRD).

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements, compliance needs, and technology solutions, ensuring regulatory adherence in a fast paced investment environment.

• BA/PM for compliance related projects or process improvements.
• Gather, analyse, and document investment compliance requirements.
• Work closely with portfolio managers, compliance, and operations teams.
• Implement and support compliance controls within Charles River (CRD).
• Coordinate compliance reporting, monitoring, and breach management.
• Assist with audits, regulatory requests, and compliance reviews.

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager in investment compliance contexts.
• Hands on experience with Charles River Investment Management System (CRD) - essential.
• Strong understanding of UK/EU investment regulations (FCA, MiFID II, UCITS, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects in a fast paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field preferred.

Desirable Skills/Experience

Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

• Experience in compliance system implementations or upgrades.
• Relevant compliance certifications or project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI).
