We operate through a club deal model, structuring each investment via a dedicated SPV (one SPV per operation).

The company is entering a key phase of organizational structuring and accelerated growth, with a significant increase in activity expected from 2026 onward.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a high-potential Investment Analyst Intern to support the firm across the full investment lifecycle, from underwriting and due diligence to fundraising and investor reporting.

You will work directly with the founder on live transactions.

This internship is designed as a potential entry point into a full-time Investment Analyst position, subject to performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Investment Analysis, Underwriting & Due Diligence

• Build and update business plans for real estate operations
• Develop financial models (returns, sensitivities, cash flows)
• Analyze investment opportunities and support decision-making
• Participate in due diligence processes (financial, legal, operational)

Fundraising & Investor Materials

• Prepare investment decks for banks and investors
• Support equity fundraising for each club deal
• Assist in investor communications

Club Deals & SPV Management

• Participate in the structuring of club deals (1 SPV per operation)
• Assist with the legal, administrative, and accounting follow-up of SPVs
• Coordinate with external advisors (lawyers, accountants)

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare monthly investor reports and board materials
• Monitor performance across projects
• Ensure high-quality and consistent reporting

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Professional Background

• Graduate of a top-tier business or engineering school
• Previous experience (internship or full-time) in VC / PE / real estate investment funds, investment banking or consulting
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and proactive
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong command of financial and contractual dimensions of real estate projects
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects in non-standardized, fast-evolving environments
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, including banks, investors, architects, and advisors

Skills

• Fluent Portuguese - mandatory
• Fluent English - mandatory
• French is a plus
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
