  • Department for Transport Careers Good administrative support with excellent customer service skills are vital to the effective operation of the Investigation & Counter Fraud Team, at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). The role holder is responsible for the day-to-day admin support to investigations across the DVSA Driver environments, providing investigation support to managers and investigators, additionally support revocations of driving Licenses.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing administrative support to investigation teams.

Creating investigation case files and folders.

Providing the administration support for driver revocations.

Working in collaboration with colleagues across all functions for the good of DVSA and to create a high performing and well respected Agency.

Communicating with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve business objectives.
