Inventory Control Clerk

Pay Rate: £26, 309.56 (plus additional 8.5% premium for night shift)

Grade: RCS O

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday Night Shift working 10pm - 6am or Monday - Friday Day Shift 6am - 2pm

• Responsible for daily stock control processes and procedures to ensure smooth control of stock through the supply chain
• Accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards & returns onto WMS systems
• Maintain accurate stock figures and ensure figures are reflected in WMS systems
• Analyse and investigate stock discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with audit processes within warehouse

• Previous stock control experience in a warehouse environment is essential
• Excellent IT skills - including use of Microsoft Office including Excel and Warehouse Management Systems ( SAP is used onsite)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working around alcohol products
• Previous experience using Fork Lift and/or Scissor lift is desirable. Successful candidate must be comfortable working at height as 80% of the role will be using the scissor lift
