Feadship Refit & Services (FR&S) is the driving force behind growth and innovation within the Feadship Group's after-sales operations. From our base in Hoofddorp, we bring together the expertise of the Feadship shipyards into a single, customer-focused organisation. We develop new services, support refit projects, manage our global service network and ensure that yacht owners all over the world can count on the quality they expect from Feadship.

To continuously improve our services, we are investing more and more in Market Intelligence. By analysing market trends, fleet data and customer information in a smart way, we generate insights that help us make better strategic and commercial decisions. At the same time, we are working to further professionalise our international service network, so that information, processes and partnerships are better aligned worldwide.

As part of this challenging role, you, as an intern, will have the opportunity to help shape these developments. You will work in a small team where you will be given a lot of responsibility and where your ideas and analyses will directly contribute to the organisation's further development.

As an intern, you will contribute to a wide range of projects within Market Intelligence, Service Network and New Business Development. The focus is on Market Intelligence, where you'll play an active role in our ambition to base decisions more and more on data and insights. You'll work closely with your manager and various colleagues across the organisation. Whilst they engage with the business and external partners, you'll ensure that the right information is available to support these discussions. You'll be given plenty of scope to take the initiative, contribute ideas for improvements and take on tasks independently.

Specifically, your role will involve:

• Analysing data on the global Feadship fleet;
• Collecting, structuring and analysing data on refit opportunities, market developments and other relevant trends;
• Gaining a deep understanding of various data sources and assessing which information is valuable to the organisation;
• Drafting, checking and improving reports and management information for the Feadship shipyards;
• Identifying patterns, opportunities and areas for improvement that contribute to a more data-driven way of working;
• Supporting the further development of Feadship's international service network by organising information, documentation and processes in a clear and structured manner;
• Preparing partner assessments, audits and other network-related documentation;
• Contributing ideas on the design of platforms, dashboards and reports, to ensure that information is more readily available and easier to understand;
• Working with various departments and external partners to drive projects forward and follow up on actions.

This internship offers plenty of variety. You'll have the opportunity to get involved in a range of projects and topics. This will give you a good insight into how strategic, commercial and operational issues come together within Feadship, and you'll see how your work directly contributes to the organisation's development.

You are curious, analytical and thrive on making connections. You enjoy working with data, but also understand that insights only become valuable when you can communicate them clearly. You are not afraid to take the initiative, ask critical questions and feel at home in an environment that is still very much a work in progress.

In addition:

• You are currently studying at Bachelor's or Master's level, for example in Business & IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar subject;
• You have a affinity for data analysis and working with various data sources;
• You are independent and able to build connections with a range of internal and external stakeholders with ease;
• You work accurately and in a structured manner.
