OVERVIEW Ravensbourne University London is recruiting an International Student Support Officer based in London, England. Key responsibilities- Provide assistance and support to international students from enrolment through to graduation
- Engage with students both online and in person
- Deliver induction presentations to new students
- Work alongside other team members to support student services
- Collaborate with teams such as the Student Union on events and activities
- Respond to enquiries in a student-facing environment
- Support international students with matters related to current student visa processes
- Understanding of current student visa processes
