Due to rapid growth and new client partnerships, we are now hiring an International Recruiter - German Market, based in Portugal, to strengthen our delivery team and accelerate our expansion.

About the Role

As an International Recruiter at Hira Talent, you will:

Source, engage and interview German-speaking candidates across Europe

Manage the full recruitment cycle: first contact interviews placement

Build strong relationships with candidates relocating internationally

Work closely with international clients (mainly BPO & Tech)

Act as a trusted advisor throughout the candidate journey

Contribute to the growth of Hira Talent's hub and recruitment team

Who We're Looking For

Must-have:

Fluent German

Good level of English

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly

Energetic, confident, and proactive mindset

Organized and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously

Big plus:

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer success

Strong interest in international careers
