The Company

Victorstone is a multi-award-winning international real estate company specialising in selling luxury prime London property to investors from the Middle East.

We operate across the UK, with our Middle Eastern headquarters based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be dealing with serious international buyers investing in prime London property.

This is not a typical estate agency role.

We are looking for a hungry and ambitious Arabic-speaking consultant who wants to build a serious career in international real estate.

This role suits someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable working with international clients across different time zones.

Earnings Potential

• Basic Salary: £22,000 - £26,000

• Uncapped Commission

• Realistic OTE: £80,000+

International Opportunities

Victorstone is one of the few London agencies with a physical presence in Saudi Arabia, creating unique opportunities for ambitious consultants.

Top-performing consultants may have opportunities to:

• Travel internationally for property exhibitions

The Role

• Speaking with international property investors

• Understanding client goals and investment plans

• Recommending suitable London properties

• Conducting property viewings across London

• Following up enquiries and closing deals

• Meeting ambitious sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Arabic and English

• Minimum 2 years sales experience preferred

• Highly motivated and ambitious

• Well-presented and professional

• Strong work ethic

• Persistent and determined

• Confident and comfortable presenting properties on video and social media platforms

• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven attitude

• Flexible working approach to accommodate international clients and time zones

Real estate experience is helpful but not essential.

We will train the right person.
