Job Description

At Foodiverse, we are looking for a highly experienced Quality professional to lead and align our standards across international sites. This is a key role within a multinational, multi-site, and structured organization, ideally suited to someone with a background in the fresh food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation and alignment of Group quality standards across all international sites.
  • Oversee and coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Manage decentralized quality teams with functional reporting lines.
  • Consolidate and analyze key quality indicators; lead corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and certifications (IFS, BRC, ISO, HACCP).
  • Lead responses to customer and consumer complaints at Group level.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in quality systems and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, and Production to ensure consistency across functions.
  • Prepare and report quality performance and KPIs to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Support training and development plans for local quality teams to ensure alignment with Group goals.


Requirements:

  • University degree in Quality, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in multinational, professionalized companies with multiple production sites.
  • Deep knowledge of international quality and food safety standards (IFS, BRC, HACCP, ISO, etc.).
  • Experience managing international or remote teams with functional reporting.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing abilities.
  • Willingness to travel at least 33% of the time internationally.
  • Previous experience in the fresh food sector is highly valued (e.g., fresh produce, ready-to-eat).
