International IP & Technology Transactions Associate

Hunters Legal, working with a leading US Law Firm, seeks a commercially minded lawyer for its London IP, Technology & Commercial practice. You will advise on IP, technology and commercial contracts, with exposure to transactional work and cross-border matters within an international environment.

The role focuses on advising clients across sectors on IP, IT, technology and complex commercial agreements, including distribution, outsourcing and strategic collaborations.
