International Finance Intern

In this role, you will support the team with day-to-day operations and ongoing projects, giving you exposure to both operational and project-based finance tasks. You'll be involved in audits, financial reporting, and process improvement projects, making this the perfect opportunity to develop your finance skills in an international setting. During this internship, you will support our Finance team with a wide range of responsibilities. The main focus will be assisting with audits, including: Tracking the status of audits in progress. Supporting the month-end close process; Analyzing data quality and contributing to data clean-up projects; Reviewing past open transactions to help with account clean-up; Organizing and structuring financial documentation and folders. This internship gives you valuable exposure to financial processes in an international scale-up, combining practical tasks with analytical challenges. With a team of nearly 60 HR specialists, we provide a wide range of services in the field of globally outsourced HR and payroll management. Our services include outsourced personnel management, HR consulting, payroll administration, immigration, and much more. We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive addition to our Finance team. You are currently studying Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Bachelor's or Master's level); You can work both independently and in a team; You have good knowledge of Excel and are eager to learn new systems; You have a good command of English (Dutch is a plus).
