Your Role: International Communications & Events Manager

As our new Communications & Events Manager, you'll develop and implement strategic communication initiatives that support BlueNav's brand, reputation, and growth-across France and internationally.



Key Responsibilities

1. Communication Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure message consistency and effectiveness across all channels.

2. Public Relations

  • Build and manage relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Handle press releases, media responses, and other external communications.

3. International Event Planning

  • Organize and execute events such as trade shows, conferences, distributor meetings, internal events, and product launches.

4. Content Creation

  • Craft compelling written and visual content for social media, blogs, videos, newsletters, SEO, and website.
  • Align all content with brand messaging and business goals.

5. Internal Communication

  • Coordinate internal communication across departments to keep everyone informed and engaged.

6. Social Media Management

  • Design and implement campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and grow BlueNav's social media presence.

7. Brand Development

  • Uphold brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Ensure consistency in all communication efforts.

8. Audience Engagement

  • Monitor trends, respond to inquiries, and foster a vibrant online community.
  • Use analytics to refine outreach strategies and boost engagement.

9. Innovation & Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and innovations to continuously improve strategies.

10. Benchmarking & Reporting

  • Analyze the impact of communication and event initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and recommend improvements based on data.

11. Budget Management

  • Assist in managing the communications and event budgets effectively.


Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in communications, social media, PR, and event management.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), a third language is a plus.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Solid understanding of both digital and traditional media.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
