Compensation: 40-70k + incentive bonus scheme
Do you have trading experience and you want to take your career to the next level? You love fast pace and high growth environments? Then look no further because we are looking for our next big talent to join our international team.
As a trader, you will buy & sell brands into various retail channels and wholesale thoughout the world. You open accounts, you build your portfolio and you strengthen relationships with existing clients. All this while receiving all the support and training you need from our colleagues.
We are looking ideally for an experienced trader, with a portfolio of leads and contacts. Although, if you have no experience in trading but you have the personality and the ambition to grow, you are the right person for this role.
What will you do?
- Client Portfolio Development: Proactively grow and expand your client base through direct outreach, including cold calling.
- Lead Generation: Build a comprehensive and targeted lead list to enable a disciplined and strategic approach to extensive outreach efforts.
- Performance Ownership: Take full accountability for achieving personal revenue and profit (PnL) targets.
- Trade Execution: Execute trades with precision and efficiency.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships by engaging with clients via phone, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings to understand and address their business needs.
- Market Communication: Provide stakeholders with daily pricing updates and market insights through internal communication systems.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with market trends and relevant financial developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Attend trade shows worldwide & represent Boost at world leading fairs.
Who you are:
- A sales hunter who thrives on closing deals & exceeding targets
- Experienced in B2B sales (preferably in food, beverage, or ingredient industries)
- A self-starter who doesn't need micromanagement
- A relationship builder with a strong network
- Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage sales data & reports
- Fluent in English & other European languages a plus
- Willing to travel within Europe & internationally
