Responsible for the operational management of international benefits programs, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous optimization to enhance employee satisfaction and benefits experience.2. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing benefits plans, propose improvement suggestions, design and implement new benefits initiatives to maintain the competitiveness and attractiveness of the overall benefits package.3. Collaborate closely with vendors and internal departments to ensure efficient execution of benefits programs and resolve issues arising during project operations.4. Track the latest trends in the international benefits industry, research and introduce advanced benefits concepts and practices, and continuously optimize the company's benefits framework.5. Develop and manage budgets for benefits programs, ensuring costs are controlled within reasonable limits while maintaining program quality and effectiveness.Qualifications1. Education BackgroundBachelor's degree or above. Majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields are preferred.2. Work Experience5-10 years of relevant work experience, with practical experience in international HR management and benefits operations.3. Capabilities and Skills:Professional Skills: Familiar with international HR management processes, with the ability to design and implement benefits programs. Understand international labor laws and benefits regulations, capable of providing professional benefits consultation to employees.Project Management: Possess project management experience, able to independently plan, execute, and evaluate benefits projects, ensuring timely and high-quality & Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively interacting with employees, vendors, and partners across different countries and regions, building strong working relationships.Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis, able to leverage data insights to support the optimization of benefits programs.4.
