International Benefits Analyst

Portfolio HR & Reward are partnering with a global research organisation in Victoria, seeking an International Benefits Analyst to join on a permanent basis.

This role is ideal for someone with strong UK benefits experience who is eager to develop their international benefits expertise.

While international experience is preferred, it is not essential-the team will fully support and train the right person who brings curiosity, learning agility and a proactive, people-focused approach.

The ideal Benefits Analyst will receive a salary between £60,000 - £70,000

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery, coordination and maintenance of benefits across UK and international regions.
• Build credibility with managers, employees and external partners through clear, confident communication.
• Respond to internal queries with professionalism, clarity and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Support benefits processes linked to starters, leavers and contractual changes.
• Provide flexible administrative support as required within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Experience

• International Benefits experience OR strong UK benefits knowledge with a genuine desire to develop internationally.
• Technical Benefits Knowledge across core benefits processes.
• Proactive, Can-Do Attitude - willingness to get involved and take initiative.
